Kenny Ortega was so concerned about MJ he went to Murray and said MJ was very sick. Murray told him off saying he was the doctor and MJ was fine even though MJ was skin and bones, had severe chills and was very weak. MJ came back to rehearsals and was described as visibly shaken. He had been told that if he didn't do the concerts he would be sued and ruined financially by the concert promoters. MJ had to count on Murray to keep him on his feet and we all know how well that went.

You can pay bail to be released before they question you if you can afford it and don't have a lawyer present.

@stonegrooved - Because a warrant had been filed. Charges were filed shortly after he was released. His arrest is still controversial to this day because he hadn't been charged. A lot of people suspect either racism or Sneddon trying to put on a public show (or both) was involved.

Go ahead. The kid's parents would still end up getting in trouble because they broke the law and the parent inflicted negligent damage on the person's property by their kids engaging in trespassing, burglary and theft.

@stonegrooved - If a 13 year old breaks something in a facility the facility can very well sue you. If you think your kid could bust a school window and you wouldn't get in trouble because he was willingly allowed in you're dreaming. Even damaging public property (like a public school) is illegal.
Neverland is not a daycare anyway. It isn't subject to daycare laws. Jackson's belongings are private property. You have no rights to other's private property.

That's your personal opinion and I disagree. Obviously he had some issues but there isn't an institution in the land that ever classified him as insane or disturbed. I would say you have issues since you talk about this man everyday for hours a day.....
Anyway, I never said he was faultless. I did say is that there is no excuse for the people who broke into his stuff. Everyone is responsible for their own behavior. If he decided to sue he'd be fully in his right.

Teenagers being left unsupervised is no excuse for them committing crime. Adults don't exist to protect them from their own criminality. If your bad-ass kids commit crime when they're unsupervised then you have failed as a parent. MJ is not their parent. It's not his responsibility to make sure they obey the law.

A review of these sections reveals that the act of an adult sleeping with a child without more is insufficient to warrant a filing or support a conviction."
So no, you wouldn't have a case to prosecute anyone.

No, because no one has the obligation to protect people from their own criminality. By your logic a woman who gets raped should be charged for enticing her rapist if she was wearing a short skirt.

@stonegrooved - I don't know what kind of barn you were raised on but I was raised to keep my hands to myself and not go through other's personal belongings without their permission. MJ's stuff is not public property and he would have been in full rights to sue the Arvizo family for theft and entering. He would be in full rights to do that to you too if you went through his stuff.

THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT MICHAEL TOUCHED KIDS. dont believe everything u read. the media twist stories so people can read and buy them. thats how they make business. 2pac was charged with the same case as michael. and both of them ended up innocent. in both cases there were no evidence and both were false. hollywood is corrupt. u should know that. if not, listen to michael jackson, dave chappelle, 2pac. etc... the list goes on and on

Kenny Ortega was so concerned about MJ he went to Murray and said MJ was very sick. Murray told him off saying he was the doctor and MJ was fine even though MJ was skin and bones, had severe chills and was very weak. MJ came back to rehearsals and was described as visibly shaken. He had been told that if he didn't do the concerts he would be sued and ruined financially by the concert promoters. MJ had to count on Murray to keep him on his feet and we all know how well that went.
