The new Microsoft Messanger is the same, and is actually not new at all, still at version 6.

Nope, no idea. Hopefully soon though, the interface is WAY outdated.
I think it's going to be updated either late this year, or early next year.
Yeah, a long time to wait. I'd like some kind of integration between AIM and MSN operability so I could just add my msn friends to my AIM list and only use iChat
