  • How did I know his first name would be Ivan?

  • There's something I don't understand. These Kettlebell guys are VERY strong but still look like normal men. Some even look skinny. Do they not build muscle at all?

  • @TwoSevenElevenEighty I don't know, I think Ivan has muscles, but of course if he did bodybuilding he'd be more huge. Check out this video: utube.com/ watch?v=LiKSEVXcCOU

  • @TwoSevenElevenEighty

Its good to be stronger than you look

  • He's hardly using any arm strength. He's mostly using the strength and motion of his legs and waist to throw the kettlebell up, then he uses some of his arm strength to straighten and lock his elbow to stabilize the kettlebell with ease.

  • @Madgreenguy

maybe mention the huge shoulder work in here?

  • @Madgreenguy Of course; it's a jerk, not a press.

  • Thomasgipsy, the grip he is using is for the side of the lhandle to rest in the saddle between thumb and forefinger. That works even with 60kg with completely casual, relaxed fingers. You really have to feel one of these super heavy kb's to appreciate D's relaxed fingers there. Also was the weight goes up it becomes increasingly less of a relative weight of the handle so the best use of the handle is to hold it out away as D does here to keep the kb from rolling out, to direct more lb into hip

  • @comingforya1 Hahaa, you're a funny little fag, aren't you? OK, I have a nice thick and juicy "respect" for you in my pants. Come and milk it any time, but don't be too rough licking my nuts, little bitch ;)

    P.S. I'm an American.

  • @comingforya1 dumbass troll

  • Insane man! How his lungs didn't explode, I don't know.

  • wait.. is that really 60kg ? no way... I struggle to bench 60-70kg in the gym...

  • @comingforya1 troll harder

  • Could someone explain the grip he is using?

  • what a thrilling sport!! fuck me,just look at the crowd, fucking zombies, you guys should get out more.omg, fucking hilarious,,hahahahaha

  • hahaha rudydynxx u really dont know what u r talking about do u? post a video of urselof doing it with 16kg..i reckon u r all hot air mate..

  • @keyonkan get one thing straight,,,we,ll never be mates,,you baffoon.

  • @keyonkan hahaha little bitch..maybe not 16kgs..i gotta feeling u will struggle with 8kgs..truly..

  • @keyonkan why did you reply to yourself,,what a dummy you really are.

  • don't like his stance

  • bollocks, no shoulder strenghth used, all legs and a little jump,,try just pressing it with no help from legs.not impressed.

  • @rudydynxx This is explosive strength and extreme fitness. This is not a power lifting competition. This dude has way more power than someone who presses 100lb dumbbells for 10 reps. The reason why you are not impressed is because you are insecure in your own abilities, hence you shoot for "being strong", and you bash on a sport that you know nothing about, never done it at all too. This is much more practical for MMA or Infantry then the fucking bodybuilding, so you are a cunt here, not Denisov.

  • @Valholm ooohh, touchy touchy, fucking dick..sounds like you want to suck denisov off,,you fucking gay fagot.

  • @rudydynxx ahaha, lol

i'm not touchy, you fucking idiot, you are :)

  • @Valholm no you are, no you are,no you are,,,,grow up nitwit,,bye bye

  • @rudydynxx bye bye, faggot. go do you 205 lb bench for 6 reps.

  • @Valholm don,t use my words,use your own.

  • @rudydynxx lol, ok. how about you do some kettlebells, son?

  • @rudydynxx

    haha jealous kid.

  • I can only do this with 80lbs :(

  • Dont know how he can lift his arm to shake someone's hand after that.

  • looks like frank mir

  • He's got a good beat.

  • he looked tired after 5 but just kept going!

  • I'm just trying to get my head around all the grit and work ethic involved in his training. The grit we see, the attention to popping out those reps, must only be a drop in the bucket compared to his training.

  • просто монстр!

  • beast!

  • 22 мин. назад

Some guys think that Arnie's strong man, but the best years of Arnie with his steroids would raise these weights(60 kg) just 20 times - no more,,,

his muscles are real and beautiful, his lungs and heart strong. This is the only form of weightlifting in which anabolic steroids will not help, but on the contrary, only harm the result of

  • Oh to be Russian

  • Fuck me Im going to give this kettlebell training a shot if it produces this amount of power. Actually Im going to head to the shops and buy one tommorow lol!!!

  • @9SoulFire9 how did it go? you get one?

  • @jalidav1 yeah it was good for a while but then I got bored of it and went back to my body weight exercises lol. But you should give it a shot it kicks the shit out of you for the 1st few days lmao!!

  • @9SoulFire9 why don't you make circuits involving kb's and bodyweight exercises? that's what i do, you get some awesome conditioning gains that way

  • absolute power house

  • this guy would punch a hole through your face

  • technique ladies and gentleman, thats what it boils down to.

  • @jozo030 obviously conditioning is important too

  • @jalidav1

well yeh, but to develop excellent technique shown above the amount of reps that need to be done would give u excellent conditioning in the first place. but yes, very, very impressive conditioning to continue each rep to good form

  • Awesome!

  • that's polar bear strong. makes me want to throw a few up just watching :-) what an inspiration and example!

  • I beat this guy in an arm wrestle one time. true.

  • That guy is just built for kettlebells. Not many people can rest their elbow on their hip. He is a monster.

  • @mikewillodea You know, I thought that too. But, actually, i think it just has something to do with how long you've been using kbs, I couldn't rest my elbow on my illiad crest when i first started, but now it sits there perfect.

  • @Not2Be0utDone Yeah your definitely right. I think some people will find it hard if they have different size limbs etc. But there is definitely a technique to it. Only just recently have i been able to marginally rest on my illiad crest(didn't know about term thanks buddy) and now its much easier to last long sets. I think the tension in your traps and sort of relaxing the shoulder complex was the key. Really is a great unique sport. My hands hate it. But its liberating. thanks mate

  • Is this world class?

Beacuse i can do that, for real.

Where do i sign up ?

  • @bolospost Post the video please. LOL I bet you can't do 32kg this many times

  • oh my god that weighs as much as me!!!!!! I struggle doing that with a 16kilo one.....wow

  • 2 breaths in between each jerk, just amazing focus right there.

  • Ivan Denisov is naturally talented... And hardworking, off course

  • does anyone know how the elite guys train?..just in very general terms...do they squat, deadlift, etc...or do they exclusively use kettlebells and just vary the weight...

  • It's varied. KBs are just a tool in the box, not the whole box.

  • I got a cheap 10kg but it was vinyl, not the traditional iron ones. It cost £21.83 from amazon, free p&p.

  • the kettlebell almost weights as much as i do...this is ridiculous....he can lift me 52 times with 1 arm...wtf

  • @nekftw

At least if you were shaped like a kettlebell, he could :)

  • I know, man...that almost weighs as much as me too!

  • @nekftw LOL shit that's funny

  • @nekftw don,t be fooled by this, its all in the legs, the arm does nothing,no shoulder or arm strength is needed,,its nonsense,,good cardio and technique is all you need

  • do you notice these russian athletes show no emotion? fedor, denisov? freaks of nature,CYBORGZ!!!LOL

  • @talayerosePFFFFFT Nobody Beats Fedor! Not Human! These Russians are hardy, elastic, Brute strength, just dont give a fuck robots. Russian's make the AK , dragonov and many others things the best . They are very Great People!

  • @talayerose why use precious energy on tensioning your face? You don't lift with your face.. At least i hope you don't ;)

  • @talayerose that's how it used to be with americans too. then muhammad ali came along

  • @pezhed0987 nah,he had style and charisma about him, those redneck slap their face ten times and lick the blood off their fists have never changed!

  • @talayerose He is clearly smiling for the last ten or so reps, so he does show emotion.

  • @talayerose Showing emotions is just waste of useful energy. ;) At least in mma fights and kettlebells. :)

  • @talayerose Yeah they're not perpetually smiling idiots, like we Americans have grown accustomed to. They take life seriously, as it deserves. You notice, you don't see photos of great philosophers doing the fake smile? They all have a serious look.

  • no 1 the king. there can only be 1.

  • Sickening strength there....I'd have to check him for a pulse, he might be atomic powered! If I hadn't seen it I wouldn't believe it. That's one arm jerking a person...get out of his way! :-) Awesome, just awesome.

  • Haha, just said "that's enough" and switched hand. He might have though he doesn't want to be there the whole day...

  • he could propably do more but doesen't to beat his record again and again..

  • I love kettlebells but they are so expensive and the gyms in louisville typically dont have them. I have a 20 kg one but its really to light. my friend has a 30 kg its a little better. what this guy is doing is amazing! I can snatch a 150 lb dumbell but I prob couldnt snatch a 150 lb kbell. this guys 52 reps is crazy! he is quite literally a dangerous man if he is a man! he might be an alien or robot!

  • They are expensive, I have two 35 lb KB's that were about $70 each, and one 50 lb KB that was about $60 plus $30 s&h from amazon, that's $90 bucks there. As soon as my gym membership runs out, $39 a month I'm gonna buy another 50 lb'r. For now the 35's are fine.

  • i bet hes 240

  • So I'm looking for strong power that I can use over time... like endurance/explosive power. Is that what kettlebells are for?

  • Since I started a basic kettlebellroutine my body has gotten better in every way. Thats the beauty of it, you get explosive endurance strengthtraining all in one.

  • @Trashjack101 yes exactly

  • He is just a machine!

  • imagine the power in a punch that guy would have, unbelievable strength there

I'm not been doing kettlebells for too long but i know for sure i'd never get anywhere near that sort of weight that's just awesome! what a competitor!,if i can get to the stage where i can snatch say a 32kg kettlebell then i'll be very happy.

  • Hi, my name is Gregor. I have 50 kg AKC kettlebell, and I can juggle it and even snazch it 15 times each arm, so I bet Ivan can do the same or more with 60

  • Thats a good bit of power right there, snatches ive always thought are one, if not the best excersise with kettlebells, i very much doubt ill be able to snatch the 60Kg cos the handle is almost the size of a can of coke, but i very much want to military press it, ive heard its quite hard with even the 48Kg cos ive watched the RKC trials and some very strong guys make it look quite difficult, if i succeed ill post a vid response when it arrrives.

  • Is the 60KG kettlebell viable for any other excersises? ive got the titan 60KG KB from london kettlebells coming soon but i bought it to strengthen my snatches and military presses, always thought jerks were used to get the most reps out of an excersise. Would be nice to see Ivan or valery military pressing the 60KG or atleast snatch it - from the looks of their thin handle KB it will be a bit easier to do it with that instead of the chunky handled titan that im hoping to do it with.

  • when i'll do them,i just move my arm not the whole body.Anyway, very strong!

  • heavy stuff right there, great shoulder back power

  • this vid shows his breathing, one of the most important things in the long cycyle lifting.

  • its doesnt look easy. I can tell hes shifting his body into higher gear. It just doesnt look as hard as it really is.

  • I can do that with a heavy loaded dumbell... with a kettlebell.. that would be interesting.

  • Amazing fitness and power!

    He's a beast

  • what brand kettlebells is he using??

    Respect to the guy though......quality

  • Now how do you guys get this bell regulation size? Is it filled with uranium? :D

  • can't you see it's GOLD? :-)

  • that would be really amazing then!

I would also like to know where he lives:?

  • Amazing...RESPECT!

  • great video amazing.
