i know this video is super old, but a few years ago i went through a weight loss phase where i lost a great deal of weight and kept it off (wow i sound like one of those commercials... for ringtones or sex) and if you want to talk about it send me a PM. I weighed 347.6 pounds (i use the metric system but im user friendly) as a 6"2' man and worked my weight down to 193.6 pounds, without any dieting and pretty minimal amount of exercise. It took a year but the weight stayed off and i added muscle.
