I hear ya. I was like that one season. they have some nice talent, but I say last season was best with Jordan Sparks, Blake Lewis, Lakeisha, Malinda Dolittle...now that was pure talent.

Yeah, they were good. My favorite season, is the season with Fantasia on it. I loved the season with Paris Bennett as well.

I was a fan of Jordan, and Lakeisha, but Blake and Melinda were good, just not my favorites. :-)

yeah, the one time I was wrong! lol yeah, Ramiele started out strong, but she did fizzle quite a bit; mainly because she chose songs that made her sounded so much older. she's a cutie, I wish her well.

David Cook is really growing on me, he's good. I love his soulful-bluesy-rock sound. Amanda is something special. I love her uniqueness, but she seems a little too old for American Idol. I see her doing really well as a lead singer in a rock/pop band. She's very unique but shouldn't try hard to be more different than she already is. I'm not too thrilled about Luke *but he's easy on the eye, lol* David Hernandez is sounding great...

Nice commentary. I'm a big fan of David Archuleta as well. He has such a beautiful pure voice. His version of "Heaven" during Hollywood Week was exquisite. I'm a fan of Ramele (not sure of spelling) too. She's so cute and also has a powerful voice that you would not expect to come out of such a tiny person.

I too think David will win. He's going to get the teen girl vote and the vote of people who just enjoy his vocal performances.

Girl the season you missed was the best.. I am surious I wish you could have watched it. I have watched it from the beggining too. Season five was beyoung amazing with the talent. They had a varity of singers and all could sing.
