Odd that of 97 views, none have anything to say about this bill. I suspect that reading/listening to it and/or commenting, would mean it has to be acknowledged; and if it's acknowledged, than one might either be dissuaded from, or feel foolish for, voting either McCain or Obama. Ignoring it doesn't make it any less real.
