Small point but the ideal of the rapture didn't start with the 1950's. William Miller predicted a "rapture" occurring on October 22, 1844. After that date it was known as the "Great Disappointment" but the fact that it didn't happen didn't end the idea. The Millerite movement helped foster the Seventh Day Adventists among others and people have been waiting for the return of the Son of God almost from the moment of Jesus the Naserene's death on Golgotha. Logic should have kicked in by now.

No man knows the day or the hour, ever heard of that verse? It even mentions the rapture somwhere in the New Testament where, Paul I think, says "The Lord will come and His people will meet him in the air." I believe that was what that verse said, correct me if I'm wrong. I believe that Harold Camping was wrong, I do believe it will happen one day, maybe not in my lifetime, maybe it might, but according to the Bible no man knows the day or the hour, not even the angels or Jesus, only God knows..

Small point but the ideal of the rapture didn't start with the 1950's. William Miller predicted a "rapture" occurring on October 22, 1844. After that date it was known as the "Great Disappointment" but the fact that it didn't happen didn't end the idea. The Millerite movement helped foster the Seventh Day Adventists among others and people have been waiting for the return of the Son of God almost from the moment of Jesus the Naserene's death on Golgotha. Logic should have kicked in by now.

Did u hear about this guy who made a company to take care of christians pets after the rapture. So when the owners go to heaven someone can take care of their pets until the end in oct. He charged Luke $135 a pet pay upfront. And the funny part was that he had something like 280 people sign up so he made a shit ton of money!!! Good for him lolz
