What's the point of having an anthem? Thrace has no identity, and it means nothing to proclaim yourself a Thracian. It would be great if it were otherwise but the rest of the world is ignorant to Thrace. Thrace identity has been destroyed just like Macedonian identity will be destroyed.

This flag derives from the double-headed eagle of the byzantine empire (which included both Greeks and Illyrians). The red background behind the eagle was the military campaign-banner. Thus, it was not initially used by Illyrians as a sign of national unity.

For his fight against the Ottomans, Georgios "Alexandros" Kastriotis (Gjergj Kastrioti - Skanderbeg) used it as a symbol of byzantine legacy against the Turkish infidels who destroyed his family and country.

@leoalbania Look at the bird again note how the wings are shaped , the two heads with one crown stands for the Roman/ Bysantine Empire, it's not your flag you borrowed the flag from the bysantine Empire
