I didn't cry when getting a shot, until I was about 7 years old. I needed stitches in my left leg and the doctor gave me a local anaesthetic but didn't wait for it to take affect so I felt every stitch and I was in agony. It took at least 2 other people to hold me down. That traumatized me and, though I'm not as bad now, I'm still very nervous when getting one. Becoming a blood donor helped me with that, a lot. So don't make fun of others when they cry!!!!
