well if you want to run a test that accurately compares the browsers go to google and search peacekeeper futuremark benchmark. ive tested chrome4 firefox 3.5 and safari

@tannermiddleton I dont put much faith in Peacekeeper, or any other Futuremark benchmark. While every other browser test out there shows improvements in Chrome 4 Beta, the score in peacekeeper from 3 to 4B went from 3500+ to 1100. Something is screwey with that.
Nevermind my post, I figured it out. Adblock was somehow reducing the score, but disabling it for that one page fixed it. Nothing else seems slowed down.

You probably dont then, its a beta that you have to manually download. Click the spanner icon on the toolbar then click about google chrome. You will see the version number there!
I agree that there is no major changes to this build, it just loads pages faster and takes up a 'bomb' of CPU usage, and it needs to be fixed which would result in a major fix.
It's basically the same as 3. For performance wise, it starts faster than 3, and loads pages slightly faster, but also uses more memory and CPU, which needs to be fixed.
