BUT if they know u r foreign .. thats means u have money to spend.. so yeah they will be extremely nice because they know they will get a nice tip..;-)) other than that.. everything he said was true.. ;-))
@vorkutaman I'm glad you like it. I can say that because of the price drop at the moment is the perfect time for buyers. Locals live with about 200 Euros per month, so if you have about 500 Euros per month you will live like a king, especialy in the villages where the life is even cheaper. At the moment a 2+ bedroom house with 1000 sq. meters of regulated land could be found for 2 000 - 3 000 Euros. Of course it will need some renovation :)
