how does the edge hold up on these wire saws? It looks to me like a single use saw....

They hold up pretty well, depending on what you are cutting. But certainly I have had and used one for quite a while and its not worn out yet

The finger rings are actually for small sticks that make handles. :)

Hi Wolf46,

The 'finger rings" are designed for the 'fingers' to hold, but its a good point,the addition of sticks may aid hand fatigue.
