  • I have that exact same toothbrush and I use it for the exact same thing! It's good to know that I'm not the only one that does that.

  • @xXSoyaChanXx ! that's kinda cool :)

  • If anyone's interested in trying an eye cream, I really enjoy Roc's Anti-Gravity eye cream (I get it at Walmart). I don't know if it's because of the vitamins and minerals in it, or what, but I've been using it for about four months now and my eyelashes have become soooooo much more think and long. It's crazy! I really recommend it (plus the other Roc Anti-Gravity products are really great too).

  • so weird! i just bought that avacado mask today...weird

  • You have a soothing voice ! Lol (:

  • Biore strips are my bestfriends lol it's so crazy how it works

I don't know about you guys but I like to crush the strip since it gets dry and stiff

  • @caro1mariscal2 i do that sometimes too :)

  • Where did you get that specific witch hazel?

  • @ruby101593mmvloR walmart :)

  • how old are you?? not to be insulting but you are ridiculously youthful looking! I love skincare, it's my favorite to splurge on now that I'm 30!

  • @norelie1 i'll be 29 next month :)

  • WOW IT SURE DOES TAKE A LOT OF PRODUCTS TO KEEP U LOOKING AVERAGE!!!

  • I bought the Queen Helene Mint Julep face scrub stuff, and I LOVE it. I totally know what you mean when you say you look forward to it!

  • Very helpful

  • i LOVE the pore strips! And you're not the only one who loves seeing the end result....I even take it to the next level and run around the house showing every person I can find! :D It's so cool!!

  • @TheVickster321 ahh yes the show and tell of it all!

  • @fashionismycrush hahahaha indeed! :D

  • @thechefasian1 She is very pretty and her skin is practically glowing! Why don't you upload your picture and let everyone rate your looks? I see your name includes chef, but you probably only know how to cook up negativity.

  • @thechefasian1 And your a bitch

  • r u in the military? is tht why youre in dubai?

  • great video !!

  • U use a lot of things on your face wow:-)

  • great vid!

  • i fell asleep when you were talking

  • Commenting on this again, sorry! But I'm 17 years old and I was wondering how old you should be to start applying eye cream and serums to your face?

  • @ferreelzzsedra wait till like 20 for teh eye cream make sure its like just moisturizing not anti wrikle and u can use serums on ur face just not anti wrinkle u can use serums to clear up dark or brown spots

  • Can you please do a foundation routine?

  • nice video. am a new subbie and i really enjoy your video. By the way, if you don't mind me asking- what are you doing in Dubia?

  • @cattyblue21 i live here and my husband and i moved here for work purposes :)

  • Do you only use water or witch hazel in the morning to cleanse off the previous night's eye cream and moisturizer.

  • @hoangkayc yep

  • @fashionismycrush do you find that just cleansing with water only will clog your pores? It seems that last night's creams will still be on your skin and clog it

  • @hoangkayc i haven't had any problems with this method...i use non comedogenic products so hopefully those claims are true :)

  • You use alot of dam shit I guess you have bad skin

  • @magicspellable Your probably jealous of her skin because it most likely looks way better than yours. :)

  • neutrogena is the best....i luv their makeup removal wipes, the wave and their moisture shine lipgloss....luv the videos, keep up the good work :-)

  • You have great diction!

  • @jennyhuls and also an impressive vocabulary. That alone made me subscribe, but your videos are very quality

  • @jennyhuls thank u thank u thank u! i know this is a makeup channel, but i really do try not to sound like an idiot when i talk about something that some would consider such a frivolous topic :)

  • @fashionismycrush :D welcome! keep it up :D

  • @jennyhuls thank u :)

  • thank you for your reviews. nice voice.

  • @annie2062003 thank u v much :)

  • have you tried the garnier tinted roller? debating on whether to get it or not.

  • @KayellaBella i love it :) it was in my favorites and in this video as well...i don't think it treats dark circles, nor do i think it's the best concealer...however it works for me just fine as a concealer as my dark circles aren't too bad..i like the way it feels and it doesn't cake :)

  • @KayellaBella i love it you should try it

  • wow u gave some really helpful tips. Love to see more videos like this. thanks

  • @orangeyumpop i've got a whole bunch of weird things i do...so i'm sure another video is not far off :)

  • I cut up the Biore strips and use them around my face as well - glad to know I'm not the only one!

  • @nomadfae i mean why not!

  • ohh~ i want to get some eye creams for night time

i use baby oil to remove my eye makeup, its cheaps and gets off everything! haha

i love looking at the pore strip too!! i love using them on my bf haha!

i scrub my face with oatmeal! its the bestt

  • @t0MaToe oooh oatmeal...haven't tried it!

  • I exfoliate everyday too and my skin is so much better (I used to not exfoliate at all and now I do it everyday since june and the difference is so obvious). I have combination skin btw.

  • @jubidzz i always feel better after exfoliating...i mean it could all be psychological...but it feels cleaner!

  • You can try checking in spinneys/careforre or boots? Or maybe lou lous hypermarket? x

  • try getting the queen helene stuff from iherb. think they ship to dubai? cause i live in singapore, and they ship here, their stuff is cheap!

  • @enticx ooooh thx! will look into it :)

  • what do you think of st. ives apricot scrub ?

  • @morethanyourbasics i used to use it maybe 7-8 years ago..but then i was reading how whatever is used as the polishers are quite harsh on your skin and cause little micro cuts that you can't see...dunno if it's true but i moved on to other exfoliants...

  • Nooooooooooooo!!!! Those biore strips are horrible for the skin on your nose! I used to have that same satisfaction of pulling them off, but it also adheres to the skin on your nose, you damage that skin when you pull those strips off. My mom forbids me from buying them, she can't believe they're still on the market. I'm sure every once in awhile wouldnt be detrimental but normal use is soo badd!!!!! Don't hurt that pretty face!

  • I totally agree with you on popping zits and using those Biore stirps..its like a huge relief afterward!

  • @Xxharukapanda i know..like u can fight the good fight!

  • yes the satisfaction of the strips!

  • @SesuMatsui yes!

  • i wish your videos were more edited and shorter. 17 minutes with like 10 minutes of ums and pauses is hard to watch, but i like your advice.

  • I love the electric toothbrush idea for the face. That's a very good idea. I also love your videos. You are so relaxed and chill. Sometimes other videos can annoy me but yours never do.

  • @laurenwarner11 oh thank u :)

  • I just watched your perfect imperfections tag and had to write to you - I 've had dislocating kneecaps too and have the same scar! I was at an event recently and someone said 'oh no, youve got a ladder in your tights' and i was like eh no thats actually a scar....LOL akward! ANyway glad to know im not the only one :-)

  • @TapiocaDexterin ladder in your tights..whoa..haven't heard that one before....mine looks more like a worm...a really long 10 inch worm..i've got oneon each knee!

  • @fashionismycrush I almost lived in Dubai... I work for SeaWorld and they were going to build a park out there... that is until the economy took a tank... is it nice? I'm sure its hot! I love your vids btw

  • @AprilMay91583 it is nice, but it is really hot at the moment...like 115 degrees average - thx for watching :)

  • Now we all know why your skin is so gorgeous!! :-)

  • sometimes neostrata offer a free product with a cream like another cream or an eye ccream, wich cost thirty something each!

  • and the eye firming anti wrinkle in neostrata.available in canada only or maybe on line...

  • for cream i use:collagen ellastin(st ives) neostrata (Radiance night repair, firming anti wrinkle) vichy aqualia antiox.love them!

  • i use as well vichy pureté thermal, purifying foaming water(pink liquid) verry good!removes makeup, cleans well!

  • Do you speak arabic? :)

  • i use green tea cleanser,green tea scrub,olive cleanser,collagen ellastine face cream(st ives)

  • @alexpink7 i haven't ventured into green tea skin care but i do drink green tea regularly - green tea w/ mint :)

  • @sodoki1 thank u :)

  • doesnt the Olay Definity Eye Illuminator have glitter/shimmer in it? <the silver part? isnt it weird using it at night, and it's all bright and illuminated, before going to bed?

  • @lahee i've never noticed any glitter of shimmer in the illuminator..i think it's quite reflective in the bottle but upon application it's just brighter...i guess it's odd to wear it before going to bed...but ehhh it keeps the area moist, lol! sorry that doesn't really explain anything except the fact that i like it :)

  • which mask would you say is better? the queen helene mask or the freeman avocado and oatmeal?

  • @cherrystar16 i'd say queen helene i guess...though the avocado/oatmeal one may be better for drier skin :)

  • Hello! Thank you so much for making this video. There are a lot of helpful products that I will be planning on using!

I was wondering if there are any specific brands that make witch hazel you prefer? Or if you have any brands to recommend that I may be able to find in the US?

  • @istylx i actually get the cheapest kind u can find at walmart...the bottle is the same as bottles of rubbing alcohol...my mom uses the dickinsons brand which is a buck or two more...she just likes the bottle more lol!

  • How are you liking the Missha BB Cream?

  • @XxLilly306xX i love it...i filmed a review/application demo...but i don't think i liked the way it turned out so maybe i'll re-film it when i return :)

  • @fashionismycrush That would be very helpful, thank you! You're too sweet! :)

  • If you like moisturizes that sink in and are at a reasonable price I recommend the Kiss My Face paraben free moisturizer 100% natural. I bought it for my brother and then ended up using it and now have to buy one for myself.

I use for my dry skin even in this hot humid weather awesome.

    Love the look!!

  • @shin0bi88 i will check that out..i've bought into the whole paraben free thing now (bc i actually think it makes a difference) so i'll keep my eye out for that moisturizer :)

  • love your skin, love your blue nails and the acne stress one is one i use too.

  • @brandon420z1 thx for showing love for the blue nails! i love this color :)

  • What shade are you using for the Misha BB? Great video! Thanks for sharing!

  • @1marielvis i use #23 :)

  • I heard that using those strips can enlarge your pores if you use them too much/often, so now I'm afraid to use them! I used to use them all the time, what are your thoughts on it and how often do you 'satisfy' yourself? :) hahah

  • why was the neutrogena bottle in arabic? where do u live? :]

  • @kookiesncreamx she lives in Dubai or Mumbai or something like that...

  • @kookiesncreamx i'm in dubai :)

  • ur skin is gorgeousssss

  • @HUNNNE19 :) thx :)

  • Lots of my favorite products were in this video! First of all I totally love the instant gratification of peeling off a Biore' strip! I also use witch hazel to tone and freshen my skin. I keep it in the refrigerator during the summer so that it's nice and cold :D I've been looking for a new eye cream so will be sure to try the Olay Definity. Thanks for the video Jen! Hope you're enjoying your visit home :D

  • @MickeyS4466 oooh witch hazel in the fridge so AWESOME! thx for watching and home is always good :)

  • the queen helene mint juliep masque is awesome too, i use it 1-2 times a week

  • @flyinsolo2 it really gives it a nice kick :)

  • i love the satisfaction of seeing what was pulled out from those pore strips too! i use the Gatsby ones since they are cheap in asia and work well. (: i tried olay and hated it. didn't do anything at all for me so i went on to clinique which works well for me. my skin is so picky. ): just recently came back from the US and i bought the queen helene mint julep mask i've been wanting to buy since ages ago. haha i love it too! kinda stings when i first put it on though.

  • @AznCutiieJ ooh gatsby stuff is good? my brother just bought some of their hair products...but i wanna try their other items :)

  • Such FLAWLESS Skin>333

  • @xoxSUNSHiiNE23 lol i try :)

  • i got the Olay Definity Eye Illuminator for $10 =O

  • @MrCelestialSoul lucky :)

  • the neutrogena night calming one i just bought and love! i bought 2 bottles of it from marshalls a few days ago for $4.00 so maybe it was discontinued try there!

  • @Bebe1461 i was at tjmaxx and saw it too! i bought the 4 remaining...i also saw it at big lots...damn...now i know for sure it's getting discontinued...i haven't seen it at walmart, target, or any other drugstores :(

  • Wohoo!! Finallly!!!! Queen Helene Mint Julep Masque is awesome!! Nice tip with the tooth brush!!! Looking forward for the skin care tips video!!

  • This may be a dumbbell question... but why is she is Dubai?

  • @AprilMay91583 she get married and moved to live there.

  • @AprilMay91583 dumbbell question..i like that :) like the viewer below said...i got married in december and we settled in dubai :)

  • Omgosh the toothbrush thing is NOT weird. I do the same thing and I have definitely noticed an improvement w/ whiteheads

  • @sdhenson05 it does make a difference!

  • Haha, you're not the only ones who gets zip popping satisfaction.

  • @ItsCherryBomb it's gross right...zit popping, blackhead extracting, ingrown hair...etc...so gross but feels so gratifying!

  • try the MAC fast response eye cream...its amazing

  • @WafaaAkmal ooh i saw that on makeupandbeautyblog and totally wanna try it..thx for reminding me!

  • I love the toothbrush tip. Tiny Clarisonic lol

  • @MakeUpWitch yeah the toothbrush thing was "inspired" by the clarisonic lol! i really didn't want to do my whole face...only where i thought i could benefit the most :)

  • love your necklace

  • @sherylintheraw thank u :)

  • Hi, does the Neutrogena Night Calming Cleanser remove Revlon Colorstay completely? I'm looking for a makeup remover that has a cream or lotion type consistency that can remove tough makeup like Colorstay plus sunscreens. Thx.

  • @kaoritubes I have tried a great deal of cleansers and this one that I'm using removes Colorstay with a blink of an eye. Removes waterproof make-up, sun screen etc. It is Vichy Purete Thermale 3 in 1 cleanser (it is cleansing milk, lotion & make-up remover). It's about $14, but it lasts you about 2 months, as it is 200ml or 6,76 FL.OZ. :)

    xoxo

  • @toe0moe thank u for taking the time to respond to my question. Actually I was looking for more of a drugstore range ( I should have mentioned this in my question, sorry about that). But thank u for the info. Vichy is something that's not within my budget range at the moment....

  • @kaoritubes I totally get it... I hust ran out of mine and I can't afford to buy a new one right now, so I'm probably gonna go for some drugstore wipes :( boo hoo ;D

  • @kaoritubes my previous post was meant to be: ... (it is cleansing milk, lotion & EYE make-up remover)....

    sorry :)

  • @kaoritubes I use pure joboba oil. I get a fairly big bottle of it from Trader Joe's for about 6 dollars. It melts all of my makeup off completely, it even gets rid waterproof mascara at the end of the day. It doesn't clog pores, and just normally cleanse afterwards. Because it is a pure oil, just rinsing with water won't do the trick.

I've had my bottle for almost a year now, which is pretty good I think for something that works so well and only cost $6! :)

  • @alicia535 Thanks for the tip! I'm going to have to try that!

  • @kaoritubes i think the neutrogena night calming removes pretty much everything i've ever put on my face...but a 2 step process of a creamy cleanser plus either a face wipe before or after always does the trick for me...equate at walmart does pretty good face wipes for cheap...i used to buy so many when i was in the US :)

  • I tried the biore scrub too I really like it! I also like their pore stripes as well!:) I also love my yes to cucumbers makeup remover towlets:)

  • @cliniquecrazy88 hmm haven't tried the yes to cucumbers..or any of the yes to products in general..ahh that biore scrubs feels so good!

  • love your videos!love mask and good products!

  • @alexpink7 yes yes :)

  • totally agree with you on the Garnier Skin Renew Anti Dark Circle Roller! its amazing!

  • @EstherofSuza i love it!

  • @fashionismycrush oh, I wanted to add for viewers though, as she stated I really dont think it does much for dark circles. I do not have a dark circle problem but I still consider this "light-med" coverage. Very pigmented yes but still on the light side of coverage. Everyone should try it though! I also keep my stored upside down. Hope this helps.

  • @EstherofSuza (sorry, but another rave idea I forgot to add is I also use it on my eyelids to even out skintone when I want to keep my make up natural and dont intend on wearing much. I just put this on under my eyes and over my eyelids as well as I am more fair skinned and it looks GREAT. makes you look awake. Sorta like an eye primer but I would not say it IS an eyeprimer. Try it! again sorry for the multi post. thank you.)

  • so funny about the biore strips, i'm sure everybody gets the same type of satisfaction.

  • @audreycheng i guess so! what is it about that though...why do we like it so much, lol :)

  • I got so excited when I saw this video. XOXOXO

  • @BadarBasim i remembered u when i put this up :)

  • I want to get my hands on that acne stress control 3-in-1 stuff by neutrogena, I need that asap. All the others you showed are also some of my long time favorites.

Also one of the freeman detoxifying mask looks interesting I'll have to hunt that one down and try it.

  • @NoraDlist i really love the 3 in 1 line...i think it's so gentle on your skin but still manages to treat/calm your acne/zits, etc...i actually like any clay mask...i find they all tend to work the same :)

  • hahaha, definitely agree with you on feeling a total satisfaction on seeing the dirt that the biore strips remove!

  • @faeriope77 it's so ridiculous right? i really like to get all up close to it and see what came out and where etc..

  • the lip color that your wearing right now look really good on your lips

  • @christmas9lights thank u :)

  • love the queen helenes mint mask!!

  • @DIYBEAUTYTIPS88 yes yes yes!

  • I'm sorry that this is so random but what eyeliner do you use because it always looks great...

  • @TheMJfan2010 it's on the bar below the video.

  • @TheMJfan2010 It's Kat Von D Tattoo liner. It's listed in the description box, and I believe she has a review of it on her channel. It does always look great! :-)

  • i'm a night time shower(er?) too!!! yay!!!

  • @ktsthrlnd we need to stick together, lol...i feel like everyone i know is a morning shower(er)!
