Also with the 1-7/16" nut, could I use my impact to put it back on? Starting it with a 110 ft/lb torque limiting extension, and finishing with a 65 ft/lb?
@tubdino The 2000 Acura TL has a totally different different setup than the Jeep Grand Cherokee. The hub your Honda Acura is pressed into the knuckle.
Thanks for all the great video! I understand making this accessible to the home owner who doesn't have a lot of specialty tools. But do you ever use a 3 jaw puller to pull the hub off? Always works great for me and they can be had for pretty cheap. I just never liked the idea of smacking it with a hammer.

@SycoJester666 As long as it's torqued down correctly you shoul be ok.

With that 1-7/16" socket....does that need to be a deep wall?
SycoJester666 4 days ago
@SycoJester666 Not necessarily, any one should do.

Okay thanks. Would a hub puller get it out?

@tubdino They would more than likely need to be pressed out.

Are you sure the Acura has 3 bolts? I looked everywhere... I'm going to get a hub puller today.

@TheHHProject You can use that. If your careful you can use a hammer too as we show in the video.

Zip ties or Twist ties can be a good way to hold your caliper up out of the way while making repairs, cheap and easy

@jessebanke We use those quite a bit while doing brake jobs. Thank you for visiting our auto repair channel on YouTube.

I wish you had indicated the symptoms of this problem before hand. I am trying to figure out if this is what is wrong with mine.

@alan933 Usually when you have a wheel bearing go bad, they'll start to make a howilng noise, or sometimes even a grinding noise.
