Bill I just recently went about 90% raw. I noticed that the first week or so I had tons of energy and now I'm having a bit of a slump with some weakness. Could this be the detox effect? I'm patiently awaiting for all my energy to come back. And also I agree with jeff35209 and would love to see some more vids from you. You have a great energy and light and we all need more of people like you. :)

Bill, WOW! Well done on the jogging. It's such a blessing to be able to jog. I'm 43, a healthy weight and I can't jog due to bad knees. I think it was from years of abuse of high protein diets and playing so many sports. I think I'd have been okay if I'd eaten plenty of raw fruits and vegetables (especially greens) all my life. Also anyone who jogs, please love your knees enough to jog on a soft surface. NO CONCRETE! Don't take your knees for granted. I hope my knees get better on raw.

I find it way easier to cut wheat grass with scissors. It's quick and a nice clean cut.
