No offence but this kata looks like a dance. There should be more focus on executing the stances and strikes. The movements need to be sharper and stronger. Perhaps you should watch some of the other Heian Sandans posted and compare - Hirokazu Kanazawa or even Heian Sandan by karatekid73.
You're speed and movement is wrong, you're stances are a compete mess, and you're adding movements which don't belong in the kata, for example skipping forward when executing Uraken-uchi in Kiba-dachi.
You're apparently a black belt, yet I guarantee you'd fail a green belt grading at any respectable club. Makes me question where you learned karate. My guess is either a McDojo or a book.
