thank you for posting this video..........as a black singer that has sung and traveled the world I always feel blessed to have had Billy Holiday and other Legendary women of colour pave the way for me today!! I walk through the front door of 5 star hotels, I have the luxury suite, eat in the Hotel restaurant with the white and black guests..............when they were denied these basic rights! I am honoured and humbled........and Billy could SING!

she's 32 on this footage, I believe 1 of only 3 films featuring her, so beautiful, so perfect, so full of talent and life: she left only 12 years after reaching her peak.
