I think changing your schedule is Not a good idea. And you overslept already? No, no. :D Ok, I haven't seen the latest videos yet, but as you may know, the key to adaptation is to sleep deprive yourself (sleep only 20-25 min at a time) AND to not oversleep because it makes all that suffering you've been through worth nothing.
