HAHAHAHA i love the very early u2 but this is just such a fail haha the drunk guy on stage then bono stoping the music and edge reluctantly clapping along haha mind you look what theyve become
I wish this was possible... This is my favorite u2, the high energy. The audience doesn't know but one or two songs (no English either), the they are playing like it's their top fans in the world
I am used to pp start screaming when he says this one is 11oclock Tick Tock....seemed so odd..at least now he dances better..he gots to try tho!...CANT WAIT FOR NEW ALBUM....remastered Red ROcks DVD with extra songs plus Under Blood Red Sky FINALLY OUT...
Even though Bono came off very gay in this period, he was doing what he could to stir the crowd. It was the 80's...everyone was coked up.
This song is really awesome if you consider it in modern context sans Bono-gayness.(if you are gay, perhpas the gayness added to the experience???) Either way...awesome song! Great performance.
My band currently, as in 09/2008, is working on a Death Metal cover of this song...I will post it once it is ready.
My brother got me into U2 back in the day. I got our mom to listen/like them. I kept listening. My brother stopped listening to them after "Joshua Tree" , he changed, we kept listening. Mom and I went to a U2 concert together, brother stopped loving her. Mom died a few months ago, and I keep listening. This makes me think of being at that concert with her. U2Croatia, thank you for posting this video, and to all who have posted all the great music on YouTube. We always have our memories.
This song is the just the best thing U2 have ever done. It captures them when they were young & fresh. And wot about the sound from Edges geetar ! Awsum! Takes me rite back to the day.
I love this song.

It's not to bad as long as your not watching. Were there no women in Berlin in 1981 ?
The Red Rock version is hands down the best.

Adam, Edge, and Larry have always given Bono complete stage control without any egos getting involved. That's part of the beauty of this band.
