  • @kevsol2 download the drivers on the website razerzone/support/ I think and then find the orochi dl it then load the program and a screen will pop up with all the different settings of the mouse. The last tap is lighting, it's defaulted off, but once you click the on button for scrolling wheel , it will sync and start glowing blue

  • can i put rechargable AA bat's in it and then have it charge them when plugged in?

  • @cookiepwnsU Typically rechargeable batteries need to be plugged into their home base to be charged.

  • the design kick ass

  • @keyzin

  • lol what he looks cool!

  • This guy just looks awesome.

  • @llamaBPpotatoFT ewww your sick.

  • is the orochi too small and uncomfortable on long gaming hours?

  • @hellowsaw try DeathAdder or Mamba

  • This dude could use a makeover, Oprah style.

  • Can you change the DPI in-game with this mouse?

I like going really really slow when I'm sniping and ridiculously fast when I'm running and gunning.

  • yes you can even you can adjust sensitivity and DPI stages whatever speed you like

  • Yup, I just bought the mouse two days ago. I'm very pleased with it! I'm surely gonna go for Razer products when I build me very own rig.

  • @RyanTheTuber yes you can;)

  • this or roccat kone?

  • hey guys I've bought this mouse and I can say that its worth 80 euro from my pocket, smooth movements ergonomic shape fits my hand. I would recommend to everybody who uses small notebook mouses. TIP(I didn't use nor batteries neither bluetooth got it wired without drivers you change dPi on the fly with 2 right buttons) I'm in love with this mouse. Cs 1.6 player

  • Disregard my other comment in this thread. Did you get the Kabuto mat or the Vespula mat? I'm choosing between those two

  • no I've had a steelseries pad qck+ and I'm pretty happy with my mouse pad.

  • Ah, I just bought the Kabuto pad and it's a bit sticky for my liking. Oh well, I'll get used to this in a matter of days just how I got used to the Orochi in a handful of matches :D

  • i would rather get the Razer Mamba it comes with a dock and a rechargeable battery and also is wired/wireless...

  • has a 1 millisecond response wired and wireless to...and is ALOT better...

  • @DaMonsterMonster mhmm i thought it had 5ms response wireless :O

  • @DaMonsterMonster razer mamba is not a mobile mouse, its quite large and the charging dock is clunky, but if ur using it for a desktop mouse, then mamba is the way to go( what i have)

  • how much is this?

  • Never had any problems with the laser spassing out using an Icemat glass pad thingie. Think they are called Steelseries today. Really awesome mouse a shame you cant configure it without the cable + the cable is a bit too short even for my laptop :( Awesome mouse though. 9/10

  • does it also work on a normale computer? like on a imac can i just find it with bluetooth devices? pls reply

    thanks

  • Yes.

  • This mouse looks awsome, I figure I'll might gonna buy it for my Macbook Pro.

  • I've bought it, and I'm not happy with it.

Feels really awkward, since the ring finger has no comfortable place to sit.

The 4000dpi laser sensor is super sensitive, and causes the cursor to totally flip out sometimes, even from the smallest particles. I've tried it on 2 computers and 4 different mouse pads, and one of them being BRAND NEW Razers Goliathus and the mouse still flips out.

The bluetooth mode on this mouse is superb, best wireless performance on any mouse I've ever tested.

  • Also since the mouse is so tiny, even the smallest movement affects your crosshair ingame dramatically, ex. rapid clicking in FPS games cause the crosshair to move alot.

  • sounds to me like you need to try a non-cloth mousepad. I've had laser mice in the past have trouble on cloth pads. You can also try turning down the dpi to prevent the clicking from affecting the crosshair.

The awkwardness of holding it looks about right. I can't imagine using this for gaming, but for a high quality notebook mouse, I may consider it.

  • I've used it on the QPAD EC-R and Razer Goliathus speed, with the same results.

I took it back to the store cause of the crazy laser issue I had and got a replacement one, works fine now. Quess the other other one was defective or something.

And the clicking affecting crosshair is due to the fact that I tend to lift my mouse with my thumb aprox 3mm from the pad for greater agility while gaming, and since the mouse is so small and the 4k laser is grealty affectinf the crosshair.

  • ahh, i had a similar issue when I bought a Razer Mamba as I tend to have very low sensitivity and pick up my mouse a good amount of the time. I ended up having to return it and go back to my MX518. It also didn't help that the Mamba had severe issues tracking on my Goliathus.

  • maybe ur holding it like if its a big mouse... ur actualy supposed to hold it with figer tips.. all 5

  • well im sold :D ill buy it right now !!!!!
