die ersten zwei alben bleiben musikalisch ein absoluter höhepunkt in der deutschen musikzene. leider hat nina(meiner meinung nach) es nie wieder geschafft so ein gelungenes album hinzulegen,obwohl die letzte gospelplatte auch sehr gut war.Aber den text, gesang und die musik zu so einem genialen ganzen zu machen ist wirklich nur mit "spliff" gelungen.hat mich wirklich inspiriet:-)

Kind of a prophecy isn't it? Herman still lived by then but his mind was doped and thus...drifting away. Nina kept straight altough the father of her doughter lost his live on dope also. (Ferdi Karmelk). Fuckin' shame...i've met and talked Ferdi once in Paradiso Amsterdam. Such a nice bloke he was. I also witnessed there first live gig in Loghem. Nina is incomparable.

for sure, this was the track played at the intro for radio with pictures on sundays nights in the 80's. that show used to shaft any commercial radio in the south island i could receive.

Yeah it was - the intro had a first person view looking out the front of a car (sped up) as it was driving around central Auckland - up Queen St iirc.

I've just been searching for that clip, maybe one day someone will put it up.

A good night i could get 3ZM in Chrischurch, but the best of all was some FM feq that simultaneously broadcast radio with pickies. I`d record it on cassette tape!

Nina sings this song in the movie, which is a caleidoscope of rock 'n roll and drugs in the '70's in Amsterdam. Types like Nina Hagen and Lene Lovitch were to be found in Holland, especially around a phaenomenon lik Brood. Brood never kept his drug habits secret.

Also ich würd sagen die LP Unbehagen ist eine der besten Rock LPs aller Zeiten, hab sie mir nochmal gekauft, nach 15 Jahren (vor meiner ersten von 1980). Der Rest von Frau Hagen's Musik ist (wohl eher) Schrott dagegen.
