i know cantonese and i know mandarin but my ancestors' language was hakka, this is my first time hearing what it sounds like and honestly it sounds like someone saying one word in mandarin, the next in canto, next in manda, etc!
This is a Punti song:本地人嘿有料。My grandparents and parents called themselves as Hakka even they are local born as and teach their generations as Hakka too.You see Siamese rename as Thais,Burmese as Myanmar,Hancheng汉城 as Seoul首尔.l choose to be a Punti, but l still speak the same language as you, that is a Punti language, but you name is Hakka,it is up to you.
Hakka is named by themselves and not other after they came from the north, in actual fact.
Siam, Burma and Hancheng are not of their correct way of pronunciation with their own languages, but names given by foreigners. Thai-land is not wrong because the main race in Thailand is "Thai", while Myanmar is the original pronunciation of Myanmar people. Seoul is their own pronunciation of today's soul.
This is similar to China Canton, Peking are not the accurate pronunciation of the Chines, even the local, but the twisted pronunciation of the westerners that need to be rectified.
Even in the West, France, Germany, Holland, etc are not the original names or the official name call by their won country name.
Happy listening to the beautiful songs uploaded by the good peoples.
This is Hui Zhou hakka, easier to understand in general as it has evolved over the years said to be better exposed to cantonese and mandarin due to its proximity to Guangzhou and Hongkong.
我們沙巴人也是講這種話啊

"Punti" is a name of a district in China? Hence punti-ngin. We translated it as "local place". Correct me if I am wrong.

崖在之前默认当了不明不白的客家人,客人,感觉好累好累。。。现 在崖发自内心要当家做主人,度过遗生。我问心无愧,我活得有尊严 ,活得自在。但崖不爱标榜,出风头
