When I get a gut feeling, boy do I get a gut feeling.When they started producing all these laptops with built in mics, web cams and finger print scanners I had feeling they were up to no good...I bet they get your picture, voice sample and finger print the second you go online. Devices like Tom Tom navigation ask you if your trip information can automatically be sent to them when you connect the device to your computer...WOW. All these companies are working together to spy on us and I knew it.

The question is was the Gov smart enough back then to know it was going to turn in to the information highway it is today? There motivation was to help the flow of data from learning institutions.
