Celebrate Waste: Food Forest, "Wonder Wo" in the Kitchen Garden

This is a white mulberry and the fruit is important part of our diet. Making jams and chutney are my favorites, plus adding it to yogurt is also tasty. We will have a roof over the patio area so the berries will not fall all over the patio, plus we have chickens that will be more than happy to assist in the harvest. The tree has other nutritional qualities and offers a graduated long term harvest. I assume the mess of trampled fruit was your main concern. Thanks!
