When Barbara Gordon confronts Penguin at 2:46, the scene would had been better if Barbara had succumbed to sleeping gas from the Penguin's umbrella. While Barbara is unconcious, Penguin puts an umbrella with a bomb inside in the umbrella stand. When Batman and Robin arrive, they remove the umbrella from the stand and detonate it outside, saving not only Barbara Gordon but also the library.

I love how the umbrella explodes, and then Batman and Robin gallantly come waltzing into the room as if nothing happened at 5:09. That's good stuff! lol

You have to admire Penguin's guts in this episode. He literally waddles into the race track, and the library, and just takes what he wants in front of a bunch of people. And if someone pisses him off, he leaves an umbrella bomb behind. LOL!

Burgess Meredith's Penguin was the best villain of the series. What a talent. He WAS the Penguin.

-Penguin just walks up and steals the parasol in front of like 5 people and they barely even move.

-Penguin cuts open a glass case and barbra just watches him do it. I thought she was just gonna let him walk out too like the people in the first few minutes did XD

-Penguin thinks being a tax payer lets him steal stuff for some reason

wasn't it smart how Dozier & staff implemented Batgirl animation into the show's title credits. I loved that! and the music became more groovy. I could always tell the Batgirl episodes by the music.
