@NOM145 Hi, yes :-) that's exactly what they do. When you watch the video you will see the tech sculpt the tip from acrylic and that's how she extends the nail. There is no need to glue on a plastic tip to the natural nail when using Inverted Moulds :-) Check out some of our other videos, you will see the complete process from start to finish. And if you go to our website (link is on our channel page) all the training videos and information is free for you to access. Hope that helps.
I have just bought my first set of inverted moulds, I tried one out, and I found that the nail bed bead came out too high, as in it was on my cuticle, (which as we all know is not good) I had no excess product showing while I was pressing down the mould, but had to nip off the excess at the cutilce area, I was taught to do nails at the tammy taylor insititute and she always says leave a little road round the cuticle, which ive always done, so any tips on the application?
@lynne150351 Hi. There is a fine balance between just having the right amount of pink acrylic in the IM and the amount of pressure during application. This just takes practice :-) Always apply the IM at the cuticle first and bring down towards the free edge, this will help the problem and forces any excess out underneath at the free edge. It could be that you have trimmed out too much bump at the cuticle for the shape of the natural nail. So trying leaving a little more in next time. :-)
@southernfemmefatal Hi, only if you make the mistake and put too much acrylic into the IM and apply to the nail incorrectly :-) The technique is to apply carefully from the cuticle in a downwards motion towards the free edge, so if there is a little excess pink L&P it is forced out underneath the free edge and so does not come into contact with the clients skin. To remove all you need is a cuticle stick and scoop it out. HTH's
OMGOSH!! I'm so CONFUSED!! GREAT JOB BY THE WAY I'VE NEVER SEEN ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE AWSOME...ok 1st where can I buy those nails can I purchase them anywhere? and are all those colors you use acrylic? THANK YOU SO MUCH GREAT JOB AGAIN!!!!
@LOVE4EVER1428 Thanks! We mail order the Inverted Moulds off our website and can send them to many countries. So go to our YouTube channel page and checkout our into and you will see the link to our main website (easynail) and just follow the links to where you can buy the Inverted Moulds.
do you paste it to the nail just with the pink acrylic? and that doesn't hurt? and how many time do you have to wait to let it dry?...thank you so much but i just was wondering this when i saw the video, it's a really incredible job i love it!!
I'm from méxico and i have never seen something like this before here so probably you just give me my new job...jiji thank you so much.
@marbeng Hi yes we use pink acrylic to bond the nail extension to the nail, you don't need to use nail glue at anytime. No they don't hurt at all, remember all the acrylic work is done inside the Inverted Mould, not on the natural nail and their is no buffing or heavy filing needed after application so there is 0% chance of hurting your client is this way. To answer your second question, it really depends on the speed of your acrylic, we use a fast set liquid with medium / fast set powders :-)
Yeah it's tricky at first, there is a learning curve to them. The bubbles can be solved, there are a couple of techniques you can use to stop this. Just go to the training site and use the 'Got A Question' link, choose 'Nail Question' and explain to us exactly whats happening and one of our techs will reply back with help and advice :-)
@InvertedNailSystems could i get this products in Belgium too? I love your video's and if i could get this inverted moulds (maybe by shipment) to belgium, i would be rellay happy!!!)
Yes we send to mainland Europe including Belgium :-) Inverted Moulds are actually quite different to Dual System Forms even though they share the same 'Inverted' method of application. HTH's :-)
If you look at some of our other videos you will see how we use them to make full acrylic nail extensions. Instead of doing all the acrylic work ON the clients natural nail, we do everything IN the mould. We do the tips and glitter designs first, let the acrylic harden then add pink acrylic to the mould and while the pink is still wet we apply to the nail plate. The mould is not removed it bonds with the acrylic and actually becomes the surface of the finished nail extension. Hope that helps.
Hi, no, you can only use IM's with L&P Liquid and Powder acrylics. This is because IM's actively 'bond' with the acrylic and become part of the finished nail extension give a tough exterior glossy 'shell' that protects the acrylic, glitter and nail art underneath. HTH's
Hello and thanks for your comment. The Inverted Moulds (or IM's) stay in place. They chemically bonds to the acrylic and become the surface of the finished nail extension. They not only help you apply acrylic is a better way but they also protect the acrylic from chipping and breaking, giving a hardier and longer lasting extension. For best results IM's should be used with professional quality liquid and powder acrylics by nail technicians. Hope that helps.
Hi. Thanks for your questions. The Inverted Moulds can be purchased along with the training at our main website. You can have samples to try if you want before investing in the training. demonapiccolo, is correct! The IM's bond with the acrylic as it cures and becomes inseparable. It holds and protects the acrylic (and any imbedded nail art) for the life of the extension.
How is this system any better than the "pop it" nail system? Both use a mold and both use acrylic. The only difference that I really see is that with the "pop it" the plastic comes off! Which is better?!
Yes the major difference is the IM becomes part of the finished nail extension and the duel system form is removed. We've been doing the 'Inverted' method for over 10 years now and have done extensive research and development into this type of application. As such IM's have evolved into the product we have today. They bond to the L&P acrylic 'for a reason' and that reason is to 'Protect & Seal' the L&P and the embedded nail art, while the client is wearing the extension.
Also they can be uniquely tailored to fit the natural nail. They allow you to create a thinner nail extension without compromising strength / durability. Instant glossy finish 'Everytime' with no need for topcoats or buffing. It's common practice for Inverted nail techs to pre-do the white tips BEFORE their clients arrive for the appointment. Especially handy if they want complex glitter art designs. I could go on but I only have 500 characters to use lol. E-mail us if you want more info

Do they have any kind that works wit the gel?
casanovaq03 1 year ago
@casanovaq03 Sorry no we don't. We find UV gel is a much weaker product than L&P acrylic.

where do i get this plastic?!! I really want to learn this. And how is it possible that the acryl get off the plastic.
Sorry for my bad english, i hope you can help me.

I don't know where you get the plastic. But the plastic does not come off the acrylic. You leave it on to protect the nail like a clear coat.
