i never said that it was 75 in this video. i was referring to game velocity in the other comment, probably shouldve clarified. also shouldve said "not even" instead of "barely", haha. besides, this is a bullpen and of course i wasnt trying to push myself.
hey sorry for the tardiness. unfortunately i dont throw that hard, around 75, probably barely touching that here. i havent been throwing lately because im not on a team so i probably need to build up to that level again..going to try to go beyond that once classes end though.
