also the best rotation is... SWP, Mindflay 2x, pop your archangel and bind your dps trinket to it through macros (make sure the trinket is 1st in the macro), mindblast for the 10% increase 2 periodic damage, VP, DP and then mindflay 2 reapply your SWP.....the 10% periodic damage increase only applys to spells put on during the effect

I have to point out that the talents and glyphs for if you run with a healer, they WILL be different if you run with dps.. he isnt reforged 2 haste at all! every piece should b reforged, if you dont have atleast 20% haste you are doing something horribly wrong.. and most top spriest run with the int+resil orange for yellow slots because they are always getting attacked 1st

your tree is jacked... any spriest knows one of our greatest weaknesses are defensive moves... you need phantasm, 100% chance to remove snares when you use fade... also lose the whole im sw:P it is pointless in pvp. instead MSx3 and Mb will instacast with a 90% crit chance, put up vt, and dp, then mf until your mb is ready again, rinse repeat.

220 is for the mage armor which brings them up to roughly 220 resistance to your spells...and that ladies and gents is all i know cause i run a mage...

You can cast spells and abilities you have, like /cast Shadowfiend.

And items cant be casted, like /cast Vicious Gladiator's Badge of Dominance

instead /use Vicious Gladiator's Badge of Dominance

by lvl 50 to 60 you shud get the talent skill, vampiric touch which is ur strongest dot and your devouring plague would be the weakest i think (possibly wrong) but DP does heal you for a small amount. Nxt for your insta dmg. At that lvl u dont have much insta dmg except for shadow word death. SW:D is the strongest but u need to time it right cuz it will only be strong if ur opponent is under 25%. Also get the talent masochism and mind melt. Also get the glyph for SW:D.

That is a terrible pvp spec. No 20% extra absorb from power ward, no lower cd shadowfiend and the fayde. Bad glyphs also

Otherwise ok, but wouldn't it be useful to spec into phantasm to get out of snares easily? Glyphed and talented fade has a 15 sec cd which is insanely useful when you want to get out of that hamstring or crippling poison. Also main hand = power torrent, off-hand = intellect, try and get those instead of a 2hander :D I like your monotone voice though, relaxing.

What the... there's so many odd things in this video tbh. Sure, it may work for you, but.... glyphing Mind Flay over Dispersion? Not having Veiled Shadows and Phantasm? Not being hit capped? I'd glyph Fade over Inner Fire as well. The mitigation you get from glyphed IF is nothing special really, and being able to break slows will "mitigate" more damage in the end.

Interrupting their cast doesn't extend the time of the interrupt or the silence, if you read it closer you'll see it says it interrupts NPC casts for 3 seconds, as bosses can't be silenced but may be able to be interrupted.

@larrylongballz87 What I do is dot up and MFor run, when they're around 30-45% I start to MS/MB to really get them down and am ready to SW:D, which is why I highly recommend Glyph of SW:D

u should definitely be grabbing phantasm, especially in 2s, 3s i can see if u have a good dispeller, but its kinda a must, and as far as imp SW:P, i prefer to stay away from it, 6% is not really a big increase, but some people say otherwise

Why would you macro trinket and shadowfiend? :P Shadowfiend has twice as big cd and should be used to regen mana often. Much better to macro trinket with wings. And it is a load of more macros. Myself i have filled the Character specific macros.

@Cheexgaming because when you use spells at the beginning your till using a lot of mana so it doesnt really matter anyways and by the time me and my partner both get through our burst its game over so no need to save that for mana regen for later when you have archangel still and dispersion and i normally pop archangel a little bit have i put everything on

Hey, nice vid. Is there a haste cap i should aim for? What do i do about mastery and crit ? Im hit cap with 1856 (17.93%) haste - everything that can be reforged to haste is.

@guitarstyles669 I believe the haste cap is at 25% for 2 extra ticks but for mastery you shouldnt be to concerned because you have other things that proc to increase damage. As for crit if you have it you should keep it at a reasonable level dont let it get to low
