  • Comment removed

  • Not it is not. Lokassa mostly fiddles with the rhythm guitar. This is Nene Tchaku, urguably the best guitarist in the world.

  • I think Diblo is better than these guys. Though they are equally good.

  • lokasssa always plays rythm and not solo

  • It is actually Nene Tachakou on solo. He played a lot with Lokassa and the soukous stars.

  • No it's nene tchaku

  • @karahmya The guy on solo is Nene Tchakou. Lokassa does not play solo, he plays rythmn.

  • @karahmya it's Nene Tchaku on the solo. it is a one of the greatest solo players.

  • @karahmya No This is not Lokassa Ya Mbongo on the lead. Lokassa is primarily a rhythm guitarist.....the Best in the whole world!!!!!!!!!!

  • @karahmya no i think its Diblo dibala im not sure, im from tanzania

  • No, that will be Kanda's original guitarist Nene Tchaku, formely from Langa Langa Stars with Evoloko Joker and the others.

  • AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH

    i LOVE this song!!

    thank u SOOOOOOOOO

  • This is food for the soul. I dont understand what ey r singing about but the song hits my inner soul.

  • @ramed341 Me too!!!

  • beautiful music, nothing less

  • This guy is one of the all time best Congolese guitarists

  • my all time favorite

  • This song has one of the most enchanting guitar solos. The guitarist shows a cool and calm masterly of his instrument. Thanx for the performance.

  • congolese musicians are definitely very talented, but their country is being torn into pieces by rebels. Cant the musicians in diaspora unite and sing a song that wil awaken the world to pay attention to the misery in DRC!

  • Ce serait interessant que les congolais parfois nous fassent le privilege d'ecrire quelqes mots de ces chansons que nous aimons tant et que nous avons du mal a chanter.

  • CAN SOME 1 INTERPRET WHAT IT MEANS.

  • i never knew it was him. he is the originator of so many amazing W. African artists. I give him props! je t'aime..vraiment!

  • In Africa we really know how to make the guitar SING, its soo sweet sounding.

  • This is an old song, but it will always be current, I have always loved this one. THANKS!

  • love this song

  • Ohh God, If only I could rewind my life back to those old sweet days...life was really soothing then, I could have danced every bit of this song with my childhood friends of which some I don't know where they are....Unfortunately I can't go back..

  • sans voix, ma mère dançait sur ce son quand elle a rencontré mon père!

  • Ha! This brings memories from Bruxelles (Matonge). Good dance music.

    Thanks for posting.

  • Ca me ramene des annees en arriere,Kanda Bongo Man a fait danser toute l'Afriaque,je crois bien qu'il est le meilleur musicien congolais.May god bless you.Un Senegalais qui a adore le lingala a cause de ta musique.

  • that was my mom's jam back in da dayz, still have that video tape with is videos on it!!! good times for real!!

  • I love this song and the video I think it could be more Africanize, with the singes and dancers in more traditional African outfits. You don't see american music videos wearing african outfits in their videos

  • Music is a reflection of the current social and cultural trends. As you can see the dress style is a mix of Western and African influnces. The fact is Africa is in a constant state of change with forces pulling from all sides . Again music just reflects that. Thank you.

  • omg this is my song!

  • cool african rumba beat, kinda slow jam,cud jamm to it the whole nite without breaking a sweat!
