Do you find better 'reception' during any particular times of the day?

What kinda voice recorder do you use?

Actually no, I have received communication via EVP and Ghost Box at all times, morning, day, evening and late at night.

To me there is no specific time that is better, if they want to speak, they're going to, doesn't matter what time of day it is.

I use a Panasonic RR-US380 voice recorder for all my sessions now, I have others, but this one seems to get the better results.

I've read where using cheaper digital recorders are actually better since the internal noise helps with capturing EVPs. Any thoughts on that?

I prefer the digital.. the one I use is a digital recorder with voice activation and I love it.. they actually make the activation go off when they speak so it's captured, instead of listening to hours of nothing!
