It sounds like a rough mix or an alternate version of the track "Untitled" from "More Music for Films" but it's been slowed-down somewhat. The original's in C and this one hovers somewhere in the vicinity of Ab. Eno's been known to slow his tracks down on purpose to create atmosphere or to reuse backing tracks, but I'd guess this was done by the bootlegger to make it sound as different from the original as possible and therefore more desirable.

Drums is Phill Collins. 3-note descending guitar line is Robert Fripp. Everything else is up for grabs! (Percy Jones fretless??)
