i strongly recamend you see a car seat safety technition.
1. chest clips must be at arm pit level.
2. straps need to be at or above shoulders for forward facing.
3. if under 33 pounds in a britax should be rear facing.

Very very adorable. However he is unsafe in the car seat. When forwrd facing the straps need to be at or above his shoulders, the straps need to be tight and the chest clip up higer.
