Sicuramente hai ragione... ma il mio intento in questo video non era quello di mostrare quanto sono brano nel jazz (non lo sono affatto), ma solo quello di divertirmi con questa versione di Donna lee suonata da uno dei miei bassisti preferiti. In effetti però ci hai visto giusto, perchè ho suonato rock & metal per molti anni. Evidentemente traspare in qualche modo. Cmq ti invito a visionare i miei brani originali negli altri miei video e se vuoi a dirmi cosa ne pensi.

Il tema è eseguito con una tecnica sopraffina.

Per il solo, mi pare di aver capito che il jazz nn ti piace, io ti consiglio di ascoltarne molto perchè cmq ti arricchirebbe nel fraseggio e nel feeling. Il tuo solo diciamo che nn è "jazz" , e in un pezzo così con questi accordi, le frasi fusion-rock nn ci azzeccano molto. Cmq ho sentito i pezzi sul myspace ,complimenti davvero molto bravo ! ;)

E' vero... il jazz non è il mio genere preferito, come d' altronde avrai intuito ascoltando i miei brani sullo space... Però per ciò che riguarda i fraseggi sul solo, sono gli stessi della versione da cui ho studiato il pezzo. E sono d' accordo anche sul fatto che forse non ci azzeccano molto...

Ma a me piace il sound tipico di Wooten e così ci ho provato...

Cmq è vero! Un pò di jazz non mi farebbe male...;-)

In verità la mia opinione sul jazz è cambiata, ma non di molto... Ho scelto questo pezzo, ed in particolare la versione di V.W., perchè mi piace così come la suona lui, e quindi, sfidando le leggi della natura(!), ho provato a rifarla uguale!

This bass is Mayones BE4.

In my opinion is an excellent bass guitar, and is particularly useful for my playng, because have a sound very well defined and his ergonomic shape is very comfortable.

My advice is, of course, to try before deciding, if you have the opportunity.
