  • fair trial? Please explain WHY he deserves a fair trial? Would he get a "fair" trial in an islamic country? He should be put in a yard, stripped naked, and shot at by every family member of the 13 soldiers this loser killed. Or better yet, just slaughter him halal style.

  • Oh, yes - let's be sure we give the murderer (in plain sight) of American military a fair trial. No one would want a killer punished for exercising his religious beliefs against infidels. Everyone is thrilled that he still collects a taxpayer funded paycheck while recuperating. Let's take a big leap and try to guess his defense lawyers - CAIR? Thank you, for posting.
