Lifting weights everyday is too much. It breaks down your muscles too much, so thats probably why you didn't see the results you wanted. And if you want to look defined you will need to gain muscle mass. "Definition" happens when you have a decent amount of muscle mass plus you have a low enough body fat percentage that there isn't a lot of fat covering the muscle. You have a low body fat percentage already, you just need to lift but not as frequently. Each muscle group 1-2 times/week.

If you decide too start lifting weights again, do it on an every other day schedule, the reason is because your body needs a 24 hour period of time for a full recovery! A very good steroid that I would fully recommend is called Anavar (Oxandrin or Oxandrolone) all three names are the same steroid. It is a more expensive roid, but fewer negatives.

People at a church I was attending told me that I had to use a bathroom at a gas station down the steet from the church. I was also kicked out of a Bible Study because the couple leading it didn't feel comftable with me. The bathroom issue at work became a point of contention among co-workers who felt they were violated simply because I was relieving myself in a stall next to the one they were using. I was told to go to another building where there was a single occupancy toilet. People can suck.
