it wasnt a dolphin it was a shark and since whaler sharks are quite small it is possible but quality of this vid can correctly identify the creature unless the people who recorded it uploded the vid and seen it for themselfs

It says that it's a "whaler" shark, not a "whale" shark. Whalers are a family of sharks, different from whale sharks. I can't tell from the video, but it could very well be a whaler..

That pretty awesome. I saw a shark jump once in an aggretation area in Kalbarri Western Australia. Wasn't til we came back to shore before we were told it was they're aggretation area and how dangerous it was. Good fun though.

like willo20 said, its a whaleR shark. they are much smaller than whale sharks. whalers reach lengths of 2.5m, usually around 1.8m long. dangerous sharks.
