Sweet another video of the new JamMan! Rikk is a killer player. I have seen his other videos and he has ALLOT of soul. This new JamMan sounds amazing from Digitech!! I cant wait to see a demo on the Stereo version!
Hey TK looks like you had a great time. Its like the ultimate candy store. Rikk is a great guy. I became a fan of his since I met him, cool guy. I am jealous of your time at NAMM, I got to go to a company meeting and be bored, lol.
Hey guys. The JamMan solo is $199.00 and will be shipping at the end of this month. It has 99 presets and 35 minutes of onboard memory. Plus with an 8 GB SD card you expand the memory to 16 HOURS!!! 16 hours.... thats just amazing. The quality is 44.1 CD quality also. No compressed audio or MP3's. The JamMan Solo also comes with software that will allow you to organize all of your loops into set lists and then dump them back into the JamMan!!
when i use that kind of sound i have subtle reverb from my amp.Yes i forgot to mention the volume pedal but i thought the guy meant the core sound in general...nice demostration by the way and nice product!
@skarlito Thanks man! Yeah I tend to stay away from reverb too much unless in the studio. I play allot live and it just gets kind of muddy from venue to venue. I will be doing an in depth video on the two new loopers for Digitech once I get the stereo unit in. Thanks to TK for stopping by and to you for checking out the video! :-)
Thank you man. Mine is actually the RG3520. It came out a year before the 3570. The 3570 has the new neck profile. This was my first custom shop Ibanez I had done when I got endorsed. The inlays are scarab inlays that disappear down the fretboard and are made of flamed maple. The "Eye of Ra" on the 12th/13th frets is gold mirror.
Well the comparable BOSS pedal is $189 and the Digitech is $199 BUT...... BOSS makes you buy the power supply and Digitech provides it with the pedal. The BOSS has 11 presets, Digitech has 99. Boss has 16 minutes of memory and Digitech has 35. BOSS has NO expandable memory and Digitech gives you 16 HOURS.... is it worth the extra $10.00? I say yes. :-)
I've been holding off for a good loop pedal for quite some time. Now may be a good time to get one although I may wait for the stereo version release first.

how did he get the sound from 2:17 - 3:00? i've been wondering how to for almost forever.
darkgamer240 2 years ago
I am using a distorted patch on the RP1000 with a delay set at about 350ms. Then doing volume swells with the volume pedal on the RP1000.
rikkbeatty 2 years ago
a little reverb and delay on a drive channel!its easy!
skarlito 2 years ago
@skarlito nope no reverb.... 350ms delay and a volume pedal.
