I have lower back compression too & upper!

After 2 weeks I saw a difference...

It helps in relaxing the back. At first you don't think its working because its hard to adjust to it! But you do see a difference if you keep it up. .I only use it occasionally now! When I suffer a bad bout!

No its a V Fit inversion table..

I would recomend if you gey one, to do the inversion gradually as it can make you feel sick & dizzy, until you get used to the blood rushing to your head..lol
