So glad this is up though I love to laugh at this video I actually saw a segment on Hannah storms show on espn lastnight featuring Irsay and a minute of it was that whales vagina playing that song. The vid is right there on the Colts site, complete with a listing of the musicians. Just scroll throught the videos on their home page and you'll see it. Anyone who objects to the video being available on the internet, better take their complaints to Irsay.

@pandoratalks Of course. Youtube won't let me post the link here, but you can go to the Colts website and search John Mellencamp, it'll pop up. You'll also see that Mellencamp performed for the Colts in 2007, together with Peyton Menning and Marvin Harrison among others (although that video is no longer available). I'd say that he and Irsay are friends.

To me, this is a great chance to see all these fantastic musicians play together. The fact that Irsay is there too... well I can live with that.

@MikeMillsTribute Free cocktails and blond cheerleaders, eh? Negligible enticements for an artist of Mellencamp's stature (not to mention that these things have not been his cup o tea for years now). I think it's more that John is friends with this Irsay guy and wanted to indulge him, but could not have guessed that anyone could sing that horrendously. On the other hand, Mike Wanchic (Mellencamp's guitarist) has a distinct look of dread on his face even at the beginning.
