it sure is. Right as the plane touches down, you can hear the tires screech then the sound of the tires rolling along the concrete. Its the same sound a car's tires make when crossing some bridges.

i forgot how many pallets we get. i talked to a pilot and he said the A300 from Memphis regularly comes in with around 110,000 pounds of cargo on it. The one from Indy normally comes in half loaded.

Why arent there any 747s around CLE? is the airport too small to land those things or what?

oh we can handle them...jus not fully loaded. Atlas Cargo brought two 747s in to take out the stuff used for the Lion King play a few months back. Ernest Ensley has a 747SP he flies into CLE for customs when he comes back from over seas and such.
