I totally agree with you but the thing is, we don't know where and weather the yellow was waved earlier already. We only see the yellow here in the turn and when you're racing you don't expect the first yellow weaved to apear directly before the scene. Still, from the looks of things, couto should have slowed down before the turn (it was even double waved).

seat driver should have acknowledged the double yellows and slowed down accordingly...
