Every 5 lb CO2 extinguisher I've ever seen has this type of horn, which falls down and you'll freeze your hand on from the cold. 10 lb and up has the horn on a hose. I don't know why this is.

I wonder why in the U.S. they dont have the British concept of a horn that can be held eliminating this Issue

I would also think that in another demo this guy is in i think herefers to thepowder as flour-like which is wrong since flour explodes

i think he is holding the horn because some times when you pull up the horn it falls back down so that is why he is holding it up.

Why is this guy a fire marshall? Hes holding a Co2 fire extinguisher by the horn, which will give you instant frostbite.
