I know it's possible for someone who have memorized the whole song completly and played it like... Well most of the time everyday. In other words, nolife. But still I would say it's an auto play.

For those of you saying that this is on 'Auto' or whatever, it more than likely isn't. I was just in an arcade last night (in Japan) and I watched a guy play this exact song 100%.
