I grew up in Anchorage (moved there when I was 9, moved away at 19) and we learned the song and the story of the flag in 3rd grade. This is so sweet. There are things I don't miss about Alaska, but I do miss this kind of thing, and wish I was there.

I remeber singing this in 3rd grade....I knew the whole thong in sign language too....This brings back alot of memories!

Holy crap. I remember living in alaska, and singing this for a music program. It sounds exactly the same performed by 4th graders. So long ago! lol

One of the first things I learned on moving to Anchorage from Seattle in 1970 was this song. I love these kids--takes me back a long time.
