Populous is a real time sink when you get into it. You can sit down for a half hour session and look up hours later! I'd love to see you do a video of this.

Multiplayer is via a serial connection. Interestingly, you can connect an Amiga and an ST to play a game. Kinky.

I played this a bit back in the day, but I never knew what I was doing. For *some* reason I never had the manual. But you explain how it works very well so I'm thinking I should do a video about this game at some point.

Multiplayer would be great. Is it split screen or with some sort of network connection?

I was a big fan of the these God-like games 'back in the day' and this one has lots of good memories. I also enjoyed Powermonger and the WWII expansion pack. I shall add them all to my list of essential re-purchases! :)

Being a non native speaker I have quite a problem distinguishing what you say when you speak so low, it's almost like whispering.

Hey the quiet voice is actually very welcome, because I hate the rowdy and in your face presentation of the usual YT videos, that seem to think we will not be interested unless we are shouted at, and hurled loud crappy dance 4/4 music at us! No, your David Attenborough approach is the way to go!

@EgoShredder Ha! I love the comparison to David Attenborough! Maybe I should do a video of Venus the Flytrap or Creatures. Future videos will be louder, but I'll never be 'rowdy' or 'in' anybody's 'face' - it's just not in my nature. ;) Thanks for watching.
