Like boxing,

you can win on points, or a knockout.

You can get 1/2 points for stopping an opponent from being able to defend themselves for a time, and a full point for a knockdown

The corner refs judge and award a decision if no clear knockdown is achieved

Its obviously more complecated than that, but thats the nutshell version

i think they are both good with their techniques!

they would probably get better if they use more brazilian kicks and faint kicks
