But they have a limited time to throw them after they press a certain button on them, before the adhesive kicks in and it glows blue, because if it instantly would adhere to something the second they touched the button, there would be no sticky grenades. >.< Not trying to conterdict (Mispelled, i know) you or anything. Just from my eyes is how it works.

@ssmoken33 I know the difference. If you look closely, he actually threw a frag grenade, or a (somehow) deactivated plasma grenade. He threw a ball, if it was a plasma grenade it would've glowed, unless it never left his hand UNTIL it bounced. That would make sense.

They dont glow for a short while after being thrown. its two seperate animations 1 throwing the plasma 2 the plasma being thrown the models swap out replacing the unlit plasma grenade with a lit plasma. the unlit plasma might appear a bit darker but it is still a plasma.
