quality is not an issue for me. all i need to know is if it is smooth with no bufffer. i watched some netfliz on a friend's ps3 and it had to buffer every 20 seconds. Is it smooth?

@WingedEllmo actually if you have more than 1 family member watching it in a different room like if u r not the only one watching netflix in ur house then yes it will buffer once i was watching it with my parents and my brothers were watching it in their room and it buffered so much it just shut off the movie

@WingedEllmo yes it is smooth, it only buffers upon initial selection of video and if you choose to skip ahead or behind in the video otherwise normal play is bufferless (is that a word? )

For those that need "closed caption" and get their Netflix movies streamed using the Wii game system to your t.v. there is some good news. If you go to a web site called "phlixie" (dot) com you will see a list of movies that come with "closed caption".

Hello just stopping by to say i get Netflix streaming movies through Wii. I never had a problem with doing this quality is always good. However recently have had trouble at being able to read movie reviews on my computer. No matter how many times i press the "refresh" button Netflix response is "THERE WAS A PROBLEM RETRIEVING REVIEWS" "PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER ". Anyone else having this problem?. TUESDAY JUNE 28, 2011 9:50 p.m. (est).

@computerpurple not here, maybe due to Netflix being only streaming now and they are also launching a separate (or re labeling) division and calling themselves Qwikster which will have games and only ship physical discs/blue-ray etc..

@creationkid Hello just wanted to let you know all is well now since my post comment i made back in June 28 , 2011. Since that time i have learned of the new changes coming to Netflix. Although im not a happy camper about the new changes i am going with just the DVD (2 at a time) plan. Why - because i need CLOSED CAPTION and even though there is a web site called "phlixie . com" that list movies that have CLOSED CAPTION in the streaming movies the pickings are slim.

@creationkid Hey i did not know that in regards to "physical disc" it's only going to be "Blue - Ray". AAAAAAA my dvd player does not play Blue-Ray. Oh what a tangled web(site) they weave when they (Netflix) practice to deceive ... their customers.

@luiggisafari netflix the availability of streaming movies on netflix is speeding up, but I would say don't expect it to be out within days of the dvd release. Netflix has been negotiating with Movie Companies to get more content and a quicker to streaming option

@jacobandgiorgia1 yes you do. I pay about $10.50 unlimited one out at a time Blue Ray (blue ray adds $1.50/month) this allows you to use UNLIMITED streaming via that Wii Netflix App.
