They were both the greatest singer perfromers of the last century individually ...but they were still far better when together... each one complimented the other so well that they were and probably remain unparallel in our times... they tried separately for a while but certainly wiser counsels prevailed and were reunited till the sad demise of the elder brother Ghulam Farid Sabri ... in spite of aging and failing health, Maqbool Ahmed still continues spiritedly

but even without Maqbool Sabri its Awesome

i have listened to many Maqbool Sabri qawwalies they too miss Ghulam Farid Sabris "Allah"
