people are soo dumb sometimes... its traditional lantern... i have done a project similar but really basic when i was in 4th grade:)

It is a step of making Chinese traditional lantern. It need to tight the bamboo stick for making a shape. After complete the ideal shape (a frame) and paste some transparent color paper with glue on it.
